At Samyang, we stand behind the precision of our optics and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition with all packaging. If your lens or accessory does not meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the product in its original retail box with all lens caps, hoods, and manuals, then pack it into a sturdy shipping carton with sufficient protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your package to our quality control facility for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
